Job Description

TIAG has an opening for a Senior SharePoint Administrator to join our team in Silver Spring MD. This position requires that the candidate have an Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:

* Communicates effectively with technical team members, content subject matter experts, and customers
* Supports assigned projects ensuring quality delivery, identifying risks, and escalating issues
* Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements
* Extensive knowledge in SharePoint out of the box functionality and scalability with customizations
* Responsible for designing, building and maintaining SharePoint 2016 enterprise applications and supporting .NET applications in the Provider Hosted App Model.
* Design, develop, and maintain static and dynamic web sites and portals using standard programming languages such as HTML, Java, CSS, ASP.Net, XML, WSS.3.0, MS SQL Server 2016 R2, and Java Script.
* Extends and augments the SharePoint platform using Microsoft ASP.NET development, JavaScript, and jQuery.
* Provide advices on automating functions, participates in requirements gathering, technical design sessions, software development, peer reviews, unit and integration testing. Assumes accountability for ensuring efficient and high-quality software deliverables.
* Passion for troubleshooting client-side and managed code written and provided from a number of sources, sometimes involving SharePoint third-party tools.
* Familiar with DISA application development STIGs and well versed in DOD information assurance policies and regulations.
* Proficient with performing both manual and tool-assisted code reviews for security compliance, software development best practices, and performance. Ability to optimize new and existing code for performance.
* \Uses SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) to create interactive, tabular, graphical, or free-form reports from relational, multidimensional, or XML-based data sources.

Required Experience:

* BS degree and 5-7 years of experience in SharePoint Development and Administration
* Active Security Clearance
* Security+ Certification desired
* Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and 508 compliance
* At least one Microsoft SharePoint Certification (MCTS, MCITP, MCPD, MCSA, or MCSE) desired
* Software development experience including website design and development using Microsoft .NET, Visual Studio, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, etc.
* SharePoint 2016, InfoPath, IIS, .NET, MS SQL Server, Access, Windows Server
* Experience with SQL SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
