Responsibilities

Gryphon Schafer is seeking programmatic and technical Scientific, Engineering, Technical, and Administive (SETA) support involving Mosaic warfare, data analytics, and large scale software systems.

Specifically, we are seeking a Programmatic Lead to support a Government Program Manager (PM) in DARPA's Strategic Technology Office (STO). Candidates should have experience with "cloud" software systems and software development methodologies, with an emphasis on managing multiple teams of technical personnel. Experience with agile development and DevOps is a plus. Previous Government experience developing technical and programmatic documentation is required. The candidate would assist the PM with program management, to include engaging with performers and partners / stakeholders. DARAP experience is highly desired. Experience working with DoD and Intelligence Community organizations, including senior leadership, is also highly desired.

Duties include monitoring and reporting on technical progress and providing technical and programmatic recommendations.

Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with at least 10-12 years experience, or a minimum Master's degree and at least 8-10 years experience is required.
