Job Summary

Under the general direction of Regional and National Leadership, the Services Executive will lead services opportunities from an education, enablement and engagement perspective, all the way from opportunity identification and contract signature to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and achievement of required business outcomes. This position will work throughout the project lifecycle, from presales to final delivery, validating each solution is properly scoped, designed, implemented and tested to provide a excellent value and experience while providing desired business outcomes. Responsibilities/Job Function What You'll Do:

* Ensure profitability of each engagement including, but not limited to:
* Working with Sales to optimize engagement profitability and or value to customer
* Foster/Own collaboration amongst assigned project team members
* Propose recommendations and handle customer escalations

Opportunity Management

* Manage communication between each customer opportunity (SHI Internal and External)
* Be the key point of contact for each owned opportunity
* Establish a rapport and confidence with SHI Internal Teams, SHI customers and SHI partners
* Coordinate and lead weekly status meetings with each assigned client.

Delivery

* Own and maintain overall accountability for successful engagement delivery
* Serve as the expert in SHI value, methodology and processes
* Enable dissemination and assimilation of Delivery standards and processes
* Ensure quality standards for project deliverables
* Prioritize Engagement Management efforts (e.g., with a vast number of active, prospective and planned projects, the team's efforts need to be actively monitored and adjusted based on priorities)
* Balance Cross-Project and Pivot resourcing (e.g., ensure current and future resources requirements are understood and or met)
* Facilitate all project related vendor relationships
* Review key documentation to the appropriate audience (technical vs. business)
* Provide weekly project status reports

Business Development

* Work with Sales to identify, qualify and ensure projects are relevant, accurately estimated and prioritized during the proposal phase
* Research and expand current opportunities and identify new opportunities

Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required

* 5+ years of experience working for an IT consulting organization in a field, customer facing role


* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required


* Technical expertise in one or more of the following required: MSFT, AWS, Cisco Datacenter, Cisco Networking, General Compute/Virtualization/Storage


* Deep experience in building, selling and delivering Professional Services


* Previous experience designing technology solutions for Fortune 1000 companies and understanding of how clients use technology to meet business objectives


* Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills with an ability to present technical issues to C-Level Executives and non-technical audience


* Must be able to quickly understand technical and business requirements and be able to translate them into technical implementations)


* Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment


* Ability to approach customer and sales requests with a proactive and consultative manner; listen and understand user requests and needs and effectively deliver


* Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment


* Motivated self-starter who loves to troubleshoot and solve challenging problems and feels comfortable working directly with customers and partners


* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
