NetCentrics provides the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security and other federal agencies with leading IT services including IT Strategy, mission applications, infrastructure and platform services, cloud solutions, service delivery and cybersecurity.

NetCentrics is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to support our team at Headquarters as well as around the NCR. This position is open only to candidates with an active Secret security clearance.

Specific duties include:

* Create, deploy, and administer ServiceNow modules primarily IT Service Management
* Define & own the NetCentrics ServiceNow Cloud Analytics engineering roadmap
* Responsible for ServiceNow product deployment and enhancements based on customer requirements and industry trends to include onsite support with our National Capital Region customers
* Develop a high potential enterprise SaaS product, using a market leading development platform and hosting infrastructure
* Research and implement new open-source and commercial tools, technologies and methodologies
* Develop in Python and JavaScript in order to help build web services and automation tools which are thoroughly specified, documented, and testable
* Leverage & enhance existing technology backbone and build new ones (as needed) for Cloud insights
* Build orchestration workflows by leveraging features of the ServiceNow platform
* Manage large scale infrastructure with code

Requirements:

* Deep understanding of ServiceNow's Management modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Request, Software, and Asset)
* Expertise with ServiceNow's Customer Service IT Operations Management suites
* Must have exposure to Cloud Infrastructure nuances, networks, systems, hardware
* Is familiar with virtualization and Cloud infrastructure technologies
* Proven Leadership 10+ years in managing high performing teams of Engineers
* Clearance: Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Public Trust as well
* Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
* Certifications: Security + required and ServiceNow -Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification Preferred
* Years of Experience: 10 years of experience required

Preferred Qualification

* Work with and administer SQL, MySQL, and NoSQL code, for example, one or more of the following MongoDB, Apache's CouchDB, HBase, Oracle NoSQL, Apache's Cassandra DB, and Riak
* Cloud intelligence transformation across broader organizations
* Knowledge of orchestration workflows by leveraging features of the ServiceNow platform
* Adept at designing, writing and debugging code
* Should have experience writing test specifications and understand the fundamentals of test automation
* Has a strong understanding of Linux-based systems
* Identify & solve specific problems with effective use of M/L to achieve the right business impact
* Hands-On expertise across Data Engineering & Analytics pipeline
* Solid understanding of all genres of Machine Learning models
* Certifications in Cloud computing, (AWS, Azure)
* Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more of the following (Cloud, Event Management, Service Mapping, Software Asset Management)
