Program Manager: ServiceNow

Location: Chicago

Duration: Long Term

CAI is looking to hire a full-time Program Manager with recent ServiceNow oversight, implementation, support, integration experience in Chicago, IL. The Program Manager will be responsible for the following: Responsibilities:

* Performs individual and team assessments for performance, advancement and improvements across CAI personnel and client key vendors including other ServiceNow partners
* Efficiently identifies and solves project issues including appropriate escalation with request for management action from CAI and client
* Demonstrates leadership to define project risk
* Develop Requests for Proposals (RFP) for outsourced services
* Designs and maintain technical and project documentation with experience using ServiceNow PPM
* Runs complex projects/programs from design and development to production go live and ongoing support
* Defines requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment including resource planning, estimating, actual versus budgeted time and change orders to address scope adjustments
* Assigns resources and sets schedule for project/program implementation
* Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
* Plans and schedules project deliverables, goals, milestones
* Reports project status, program results and facilitates quarterly business reviews with peer relationship with client platform owner

Qualifications

* Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
* The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams
* Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs
* Sound business case development and approvals skills
* Good understanding of the procurement process including negotiation with third parties
* Good knowledge of program and project management methods including PMP
* Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
* Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise project teams on their projects in relation to the program
* The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
* Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills

Physical Demands

* Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
* Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
* Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
