Headquartered in New York City, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is a leading developer, publisher and marketer of interactive entertainment for consumers around the globe. The Company develops and publishes products principally through its wholly-owned labels Rockstar Games and 2K, as well as its new Private Division label and Social Point, a leading developer of mobile games.

Take-Two is seeking an exceptional ServiceNow Architect to join our newly formed ServiceNow implementation team. The ServiceNow architect will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of all components within the ServiceNow platform.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the Workplace Engineering team, responsible for leading the overall design and implementation of ServiceNow. You'll work with various stakeholders across Take-Two Interactive to lead the development of custom workflows and procedures for various internal groups at the company including IT/IS, HR, Facilities, and Legal.

Additionally, the position is responsible for maintaining Take-Two Interactive's ServiceNow hosted environments, performing upgrades, testing, migrations, and providing problem research and resolution support as required.

You'll be part of a team responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform and must be able to provide strategic and tactical support to Clients, support multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to the changing priorities of a fast growing organization.

Requirements

* Responsible for the ongoing assessment, design, development and implementation of efficiencies and improvements of standard processes and new procedures by use of advanced ServiceNow functionality.
* Demonstrated ability in developing within the ServiceNow application and customization using client scripts, Business Rules, UI policies etc.
* Maintenance and customization of IT Service Management (ITSM) Service Catalog.
* Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
* Understanding of event-driven architectures and asynchronous programming concepts.
* Experienced in Integrations between ServiceNow and other tools/systems as well as an ability to lead design sessions to architect such integrations.
* Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and API design best practices.
* Identify and resolve complex problems and issues associated with our ServiceNow implementation.
* Establish standards and IT hygiene within ServiceNow, including maintenance routines, development standards, and code reviews.
* Provide mentoring and training to peers and other colleagues in the organization.
* Leads others to adhere to established industry best practices, standards, and quality.
* Must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
* Demonstrated ability to influence, providing options with pros, cons, and risks around all key technical decisions during the program delivery process.
* Demonstrated expert understanding of HR best practices related to implementing ServiceNow for HR

Experience

* Experienced configuring and enhancing all aspects of ServiceNow such as workflow, user interface (UI), client scripts, business rules, and more, utilizing out-of-the-box functionality as much as possible and only customizing when necessary.
* Experienced driving integrations between ServiceNow and other tools/systems as well as an ability to lead design sessions to architect such integrations.
* Experience building sustainable CMDB with ServiceNow Discovery or other discovery tools.
* Understanding of event-driven architectures and asynchronous programming concepts.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and quickly changing environments with tight deadlines.
* ServiceNow technical knowledge and strong platform architecture understanding with ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of the software development life cycle with experience in an agile (Scrum, Kanban) environment as well as a thorough understanding of JavaScript, relational databases, SQL and web services.
* Must have experience performing Integrations with 3rd party tools using web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.).
* Demonstrated excellent knowledge of ServiceNow toolset and integrations with related systems

Skills

* ITIL v3 certifications, ITIL Practitioner or ITIL Service Manager level qualification are highly desirable. ServiceNow Application Developer; Implementation Specialist and System Administrator certifications are a plus.
* Must have hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX
* Ability to communicate complex topics to an audience of variable technical skill sets and experience interacting with clients at multiple levels.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Minimum of 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments.
* Minimum of 8+ years of technology implementation.
