Job Description
Description:Implementation of ServiceNow including one or more modules in a large enterprise environment.
Desired Experience:
* Strong ITIL / ITSM evaluation and design experience
* Experience using ServiceNow CMDB & ITSM solution
* Ability to define service management strategy and metrics
* Veteran functional knowledge of IT Infrastructure Services
* Experience in UI design using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. HTML5/CSS3 experience a plus.
* A solid understanding of REST/SOAP/WSDL/XML (Web Services), HTTP Request Method
* Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working a SaaS environment
