Position Overview

Position will be filled at the appropriate level depending on the experience level of the successful candidate and can be based out of Flanders, NJ, Tarrytown NY, Walpole MA or Glasgow, DE Healthineers sites. The HSC Project Manager implements large and complex projects for the Senior Management team in the Headquarter Support Center (HSC) organization. Projects might be internally or externally focused and will include technical, service, financial, consultative and change management aspects with cross-functional scope and complexity.

Responsibilities

* Lead the execution and the implementation of diverse projects
* Act as the primary liaison between Senior Management and the project teams
* Effectively manage the collaboration, communication and knowledge exchange of all stakeholders involved
* Project management specific tasks include but are not limited to creating an effective project structure, developing and adhering to the project plan, leading the project kick-off, efficient and effective completion of the project activities, managing stakeholders and feedback, adherence to budget, identifying and incorporating interdependencies, tracking deliverables, providing regular status updates and project documentation to the key stakeholders and team members.
* Identify and quantify optimization potential and overall impact to the organization using qualitative and quantitative data from various source systems (SAS, SAP, GSMS, Global Data Warehouse, Etc.)

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

* BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas
* 3+ years of Project Management and successful demonstration of key responsibilities/knowledge/skills
* Strong organization and strategic planning skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* 5% travel

Preferred Education, Knowledge/Skills and Experience

* 5+ years experience in the Healthcare industry
* Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) certification
* Lean or six sigma experience/ certification is a plus
