About State Street

Job Description

State Street Corporation is seeking an Information Technology Support specialist for a Windows and Office 365 environment. Position supports both internal business and technology clients in Austin Texas.

Preferred Experience Profile.

Ability to support and interact with all staff levels, including Sr. Management. Successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills.

Strong knowledge of Windows 7/10 and Office 2010/2016/Office 365. Knowledge of market data and software development applications is a plus.

Project minded individual that is able to be self-managed and be part of a large/multi location team.

Assist administration teams with troubleshooting network/server issues and testing of system related issues. Scripting knowledge is a plus.

Additional knowledge with any of the following is desirable Active Directory, Avecto, Fore Scout, Powershell, Service Center, SCCM/Windows patching, Mac and iPhone.

Preferred: Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in an applied field of study

Minimum 4 years' experience in an applied information technology field
