Job Description:

The SEO Strategist is a main day to day lead for SEO clients, strategy planning and QA lead of deliverables. The Strategist helps organized the team's priorities and collaborates with both internal and client stakeholders to press upon key objectives. The Strategist also supports similar deliverables as does the Analyst roles, and works with Supervisors or Directors on more advanced strategies or problem solving for the client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manages clients of large complexity and diversity over a sustained period.
* Leads routine client meetings and presents effectively to 360i stakeholders.
* Builds confidence among client and 360i stakeholders, through active listening and applying interpersonal skills such as DiSC principles to improve interactions.
* Demonstrates consistent project management skills and proactively communicates timely information among internal and client stakeholders.
* Demonstrates advanced knowledge of clients' organic search channel and speaks to strategic challenges and opportunities.
* Demonstrates expertise in using BrightEdge (and other SEO technology solutions) to identify new strategic opportunities as well as existing wins.
* Navigates client demands, understanding when and how to push back on initiatives that will not deliver high value.
* Relentlessly curious and creative: proactively identifies opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.
* Effectively trains new employees and mentors junior team members.
