ReachLocal is looking for a part-time Intern who is passionate about communication, client services, and analyzing data to benefit our team of client services professionals. This intern will work with and learn from our Services Operations team.

ReachLocal's Service Operations team works directly with all of ReachLocal's client services roles located in Plano, TX. Our client services team supports the digital marketing efforts of our clients, which includes but is not limited to the following: payper-click advertising, display advertising, social media management, website management and search engine optimization. The Service Operations Intern will work alongside our Service Operations team to help analyze the quality of phone calls between our client services teams and their clients, as well as assist in day-to-day service operations tasks while learning the ins-and-outs of digital marketing and client interaction in a professional setting.

Job Skills & Responsibilities:

* Assist with listening to client phone calls with the purpose of grading those calls on a predetermined scale
* Assist with analyzing and synthesizing data to report out to service leaders
* Assist with Service Operations team ad hoc requests
* Attend team meetings and learn the latest digital marketing trends
* Learn to put together reports that will be presented to service leaders
* Ability to work up to 20 hours a week in the Plano office

Job Qualifications:

* Must be currently enrolled in a degreed program in a related major including Computer Information Systems or Marketing (Digital or Advertising).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Completed your sophomore or junior year by May 2019 at an accredited college or university with plans to return to school in the following term. Those who have graduated as of December 2018 are also eligible for this program.
* Have a grade point average of 3.0 or better (on a 4.0 scale).
