We are seeking a Senior Web Production Specialist for Appleseed's, to be located at our office in Middleton, Massachusetts. Appleseed's has been serving women in the prime of their lives for over 60 years, offering high-quality apparel and modern updates to classic styles for women.

Execute, maintain and supervise the Web Production team. On a daily basis you will support the web designers & ecommerce managers as you use your HTML & CSS coding skills to execute emails, homepages, landing pages, banners & various other digital assets. Research solutions to streamline the existing process and implement any new processes.

Digital Production Responsibilities:

* Utilize Photoshop & Dreamweaver to create HTML final assets from approved designs created by the web designer
* Daily production of all HTML assets including emails, homepages, landing pages, banners and any other digital assets
* Troubleshoot rendering errors, links and adjust problematic code as necessary
* Contribute to the creating of new or existing templates for the web designer based on ticket requests
* Generate still or animated graphics (GIFs) upon request
* Ability to edit designs, and make color-adjustments of images in Photoshop as necessary

Department Responsibilities:

* Stay up to date on current trends and practices happening in the email development community, research and contribute to new initiatives
* Write, edit & maintain SOP's on web production process
* Mentor & train new or existing co-workers on changing web production procedures
* Create and implement new features and user improvements across brands for a better workflow
* Partner with Site Operations to create new or seamless execution of all site graphics
* Troubleshoot Site & Email Creative/Production issues

Skills Required:

* Mac OSX, Adobe CS6 or Adobe Cloud
* Full working knowledge of Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, & HTML
* Experience with Coding CSS and Responsive Design
* Thorough understanding of overall email design and website usability,

architecture and navigation
* Experience with Photoshop retouching
* Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and professionally
* Strong problem-solving skills and the willingness to assist other team members
* Motivated and ready to work in a fast-paced, ever changing, team environment
* Ability to self-manage workflow schedule and monitor others
* Previous experience within the apparel industry is a plus

What you'll need:

* Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, and/or Programming
* 10+ years' experience designing and developing
* Proficiency in Dreamweaver, HTML, Adobe Photoshop InDesign, Illustrator
