Job Description

The candidate will be supporting web channel operations for a large financial services client. This client is in the middle of a major overhaul of all their web properties including the user experience and CMS platform. New styles, templates and components are being developed. Landing pages are going through a complete UX redesign. Detail/auxiliary pages are also undergoing significant change but not a complete overhaul.

Overall, when the migration to new web properties is complete, 3000 current pages are expected to shrink to about 1000 new pages using the new styles/templates/components. A large number of these would be detail/auxiliary pages and the client plans to adopt a relatively small # of patterns to go from current state of the pages to the desired future state. Design patterns will be made available by the client but the specification will not be to a T for each page.

Responsibilities

* Assist with the redesign, development, project planning and execution of multiple sites within global marketing division
* Support projects from Publicis Sapient front and act as liaison between the clients and Publicis Sapient team
* Work with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
* Act as hands on Content Author as well as liaison between clients and Publicis Sapient team
* Act as primary interface onshore for the clients to intake requirements for setting up new experiences, analyze content on current sites vs new sites, drive closure on patterns applicable, resolve issues/dependencies and manage expectations
* Act as client proxy for the offshore team, hand off requirements, review draft deliverables, resolve queries and dependencies
* Act as SME for both the clients and the Publicis Sapient team

Do you have the following?

Proficient with authoring in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), fluent in AEM 6.3 touch UI, with hands-on experience with touch-specific concepts including:

* Style system
* Template editor
* Template & Component policies
* Assets
* Launches
* Content fragments
* Experience fragments
* Content authoring (layout, structure & edit)

Nice to have

* Experience with legacy versions of AEM/CQ5 classic UI
* Hands-on familiarity with using Adobe Analytics to generate and analyze reports
* Understanding of content strategy or experience design
* Experience working in Agile and creative teams
* Experience with HTML and Javascript

Flexibility and mobility is required to deliver this role as there may be requirements to spend time onsite with our clients to enable delivery of the first class services we pride ourselves in.
