Job Description

The IT Product Development and Engineering team is searching for a Full-Stack developer with Scrum or Agile experience. Must show the ability to plan, organize, develop, and test projects from end to end. You will work in collaboration with other developers, operations team members, business analysts, and QA personnel to create and support a wide-array of web and native applications. Familiarity with integration in code repos such as Bitbucket is necessary. Experience in mobile platforms such as Xamarin, or with Azure Development are considered a plus. The ideal candidate will be organized, positive, driven, and a team player.

Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
* Plan, Design, Develop, and Test web and mobile applications.
* Maintain legacy applications that use WebForms.
* Create and update SQL such as Views, Stored Procedures, and moderately advanced queries.
* Be available to mentor or advise members of development team.
* Work with BA and QA team members to ensure projects are properly planned and tested.
* Facilitate continuous integration/deployment with technology such as Jenkins or Azure.
* Strong object-oriented design and implementation experience.
* Expert knowledge of C#, Javascript and intermediate knowledge of SQL.
* Expert knowledge of web development with .Net (ASP.Net MVC/WebAPI).
* Excellent oral/written communication skills.
* Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly motivated, able to work independently, self starter with a great problem solving/analytical mindset.
* Explore new technologies and incorporate them into current application development.
* Drive application development to produce high-value/high-quality software to the institution.
* Exploit opportunities for the team to become high performing; leverage individual skills, share understanding, and use technology to leverage team productivity.
* Use Scrum to develop custom applications for the academic, research and clinical areas of the institution.
* Collaboration, plan, design and implement with developers on tasks associated with application development, including: data architecture and design, mobile consideration, wire framing, look and feel, and feature implementation and coding.
* Participate as team member across all actions. Give trust, be transparent and adapt to change quickly.
