Job Description

Fivesky is looking for a highly motivated and talented Sr. Voice Engineer to join a fast-paced and dynamic team. The Avaya SME is responsible for the planning and implementation of a multi-campus Avaya upgrade, and migration of select users to Cisco Call Manager (CUCM).

As the Sr. Voice Engineer your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Prior experience participating in the design, setup and configuration of complex Avaya, Cisco, Interactive Intelligence call routing, recording, IVR's etc.
* The Avaya Contact Manager and Contact center resource to the engineering team
* Experience with dial plans, PBX, gateways, general voice knowledge, and Avaya Session Manager
* Share knowledge and collaborate with other team members along with other Voice Services team
* Stay current with new releases of applications features and enhancement
* Resolve issues with Call Manager, Session Border Controllers, Gateways, CIC servers, and media servers
* Responsible for working with Vector directory numbers

Qualifications:

* 7+ years of experience.
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.

Skills and Experience:

* Expert level experience with maintaining and troubleshooting Avaya CM version 6 or later, Interaction Intelligence (I3/PureConnect), PureConnect or Cisco CM
* Experience working with SIP(Trunking, Protocols, and methods)
* Comfort working with Cisco routing technologies
* Strong understanding of Avaya features (Site Administrator, Session Manager, CMS installation, One X Agent & Communicator, Call Center, Phone Configuration, Tracing call routes & Support Tools)
* Strong process oriented engineer with strong documentation skills
* Exceptional knowledge of Cisco features (Unified CM, Unity Connection Admin, Hunt Pilot Config, Hunt List Config, Route List & Group Configuration, adding and removing devices, Route Pattern Configuration, Assigning Extensions, Basic Cube admin)
* Background working with Wireshark tracing and analysis
* Comfortable working with Skype for business (routing calls to and from Skype via ASM-Application Solutions Module)
