Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and talented individual for the position of Senior Threat Manager.

Job Description:

Summary: The Senior Threat Manager will provide advice, counsel and guidance to military and civilian leaders in the areas of threat assessment and threat management specifically to inform and provide advice on assessing and managing threats to include Insider Threat from individuals who may pose a

risk to DoD personnel, facilities, infrastructure, networks and national security information.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Apply threat management methodologies to address life-threatening problems, looking for patterns and data with meaningful correlations to public safety and national security.
* Provide support and expertise to a local, state or federal threat management unit or team focused upon assessing and managing the risk of violent behavior
* Provide military or civilian leaders with threat assessment and threat management advice and counsel, and presenting those findings in both written and verbal formats
* Utilize intelligence and/or Law Enforcement community, government, DOD and commercial databases used to compile analytic products, and the ability to incorporate resulting analysis into threat assessment briefs
* Utilize Structured Professional Judgement (SPJ) Tools to support threat assessment and management, experience and training related to WAVR-21 preferable

Requirement:

* Bachelor's Degree
* Ten (10) years of experience providing Threat Management and Assessment Advice
* Current Membership in the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) Security Requirements:
* Currently hold or can obtain a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance

Skills:

* Thorough understanding of cyber forensics
* Ability to interpret situational behaviors indicators and predict possible vulnerabilities
* Demonstrated understanding of the DoD population through work experience directly supporting the military or DoD population
* Holds a nationally recognized certification as a Threat Assessment Professional focused upon managing risk from potentially violent behavior, or equivalent experience
* Experience providing support and expertise to a local, state or federal threat management unit or team focused upon assessing and managing the risk of violent behavior
* Good communication skills, both orally and written

Physical Requirements: This position requires employees to be willing and able to: sit, bend, reach, stoop, squat, stand, and walk.

Communication: Excellent customer service via phone and face to face conversation, excellent written and oral command of English.
