The Role

Your day-to-day

* Assist our post-sales customers, in our Asia-Pacific region, with technical and accuracy-related issues.
* Ensure that the customer relationship is managed through proactive customer communication and provide rapid response when needed.
* Resolve customer issues include working in complex infrastructure configurations, problem analysis and identification, training the customers on product features, escalating product issues and managing them towards resolution.
* Interact with Engineering, Product Management and Test teams as the voice of the customer.
* The support team operates in a 24x7 follow-the-sun environment and the Support Engineer will be expected to be part of a rotation to cover weekends.

What you bring to the team

* Strong Linux experience
* Messaging infrastructure experience
* TCP/IP networking experience
* Scripting (perl, python, shell) experience
* A positive, customer-oriented attitude
* Expert level troubleshooting and problem solving skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills

* Previous anti-abuse (anti-spam and anti-virus) experience
* Previous experience working in a Technical Account Management role
* Previous Service Provider or Mobile experience
* Experience with data analysis of log files
