We are seeking a senior technical project manager for the Ad Technology team. The Ad Technology team focuses on building products to bring insights into video ads engagement and quality. This position is best suited for someone with a technical background, who is very organized, good at multitasking and has very strong communication skills.

What you get to do

* Project manage the internal development across multiple engineering teams, including: devices, backend, UI and data science
* Work with engineering managers to come up with project plans based on our roadmap
* Balance between agile and waterfall to come up with project plans with high confidence
* Work with the team on a daily basis to track project progress
* Resolve road blockers within the team and escalate only when necessary
* Work with other teams on tracking integration status and resource allocation from the engineering team
* Provide status updates and raise red flags when necessary

What you bring to the role

* Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field
* Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience of delivering Big Data projects a plus
* Knowledge of the project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced and high business growth environment
* Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment and assertiveness, and strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
* Independently driven with high sense of ownership, urgency, and proven ability to lead and influence others
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively with developers, business owners, and executive team members
* 4+ years of experience in technical program management
* Experience in external-facing project management role, such as integration management
* Experience in managing an E2E project, including data collection from devices, big data processing and UX
* Proficiency in applying either or both agile and waterfall techniques
* Proficiency in structuring complex projects in JIRA
* Familiarity with a range of data collection, processing and presentation techniques

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in managing development across multiple devices, e.g., web, mobile, set-top box, etc.
* Experience with online video advertising technologies
* Experience in launching new products and features to enterprise customers
* Experience in VC-backed company that scaled up rapidly and/or went public
* Experience delivering at least one real-time product at a high scale
