As a Senior Technical Program Manager for Kindle International Expansion, you will participate in defining the strategy and vision for the group, developing a roadmap, and leading execution across multiple technical and product management teams. The ideal candidate has excellent technical acumen, strong judgement, and an ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be comfortable digging into technical details, dealing with ambiguity, and leading through influence in a highly cross-functional model. This role will provide ample opportunities for continued growth in system architecture and design, cross-group collaboration, and inventing better, faster, and more efficient processes.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

* Lead critical, cross-functional projects, including roadmap definition, resource planning and project execution.
* Drive engineering and architecture decisions that optimize for pace, innovation and results.
* Solve complex technical challenges, identify bottlenecks and dependencies, and unblock teams for execution.
* Lead investment, prioritization and trade-off recommendations.
* Partner across multiple teams including engineering, product management and operations to drive high-impact projects.
* Build strong processes and lead a disciplined execution cadence.
* Lead definition, data collection and progress for key metrics.
