Amazon Web Services is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the vision of our world-class Safety Engineering group. As a Senior Technical Program Manager in AWS Availability, you will provide technical direction for a global staff of engineers focused on providing AWS customers with the highest availability experiences on the planet. You will be responsible for driving large-scale initiatives that automate and continuously improve the incident and problem management process for all of AWS. We analyze trends and build software used across AWS to reduce recurrence, duration, and size of customer impacting events.

You will help establish technical standards and drive Amazon's overall technical architecture and engineering practices. You'll work on Amazon's hardest problems, building high quality, architecturally sound systems that are aligned with our business needs.
