This is a unique role in which you will oversee Prime Video projects while interfacing with the Amazon Studios content, marketing, and strategy teams. Your role will include: interfacing with internal partners, managing the operation, planning, and verification of both tools and unique projects to support Amazon Originals.

You will own functional and technical processes and framework focused on technology and services needed to build scale, efficiency, and a world class customer experience. You will work with internal and external stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and end-users around the world at all levels.

A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: significant experience developing operational processes and reporting, strong technical and staffing judgment, exceptional attention to detail, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and a deep motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Drive projects that span internal development and marketing teams as well as external partners
* Collaborate with senior engineering managers and engineers to architect and develop the best technical and operational design and approach, delivering value quickly to customers
* Design and refine operational processes
* Own and communicate platform and project planning and delivery
* Ensure smooth cooperation amongst internal teams and stakeholders
* Be a guardian of top notch customer experience, engage with other teams in the company, evangelizing the team and your project, building relationships and helping identify existing components and technologies that can be leveraged to deliver on our goals

Position may require travel. (Some travel may be international)
