As Technical Product Manager for the User Experience Platform team, you will lead research, roadmap planning, requirements generation, backlog prioritization, experiment design, product delivery and partner outreach for components, services and tools that enable teams across the company to build dynamic, modular, targeted customer experiences that span web and native mobile platforms. As part of this role, you will be instrumental in improving GoDaddy customers' experience when shopping for, managing and using their GoDaddy products. Equally as important, you will be responsible for improving the experience and velocity of other product teams across GoDaddy building applications on top of our platform. Outstanding communication strategy and partner relationship management abilities are central for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

* Develop a deep understanding of the core GoDaddy customer segments.
* Effectively iterate with existing internal partners on the product roadmap.
* Meet with potential new partners to drive adoption of the product line.
* Develop a deep understanding of UX patterns and technologies across web, mobile web, and native.
* Regularly conduct user research studies to collect data and learn from customer feedback to identify new product requirements and adoption opportunities.
* Build a long term vision for improved customer and developer experience, break it down into achievable landmarks to drive execution with design, engineering, and partners
* Work with internal partners to determine business priorities.
* Work with the engineers to prioritize, sequence, and deliver new capabilities while using our agile process and experimentation mindset.
* Work with multiple internal teams to solicit feedback, gain agreement, and communicate all changes.

Requirements:

* Ability to learn new technologies and understand and communicate how software systems work.
* Experience running experiments in live production environments - and using data to drive a future decision.
* Experience with customer research and translating it into experience improvements.
* Ability to communicate with multiple partners - balancing the need for feedback and input with the need to move quickly, make tough decisions, and deliver value to customers.
* Experience building product tests and plans based on customer needs and iterating on tests to deliver the best customer solution.
* Experience identifying new requirements for a product, platform or service and working with engineers to refine, prioritize and sequence the work.
* Expertise at clearly describing technical capabilities to audiences with mixed technical backgrounds and turn their feedback into actionable work for the engineering team.
* Experience working as a product owner in an agile environment.
* Experience working on remote and distributed teams.
* Optional: hands-on technical experience in a full stack or front-end engineering role.
* Optional: experience with Tableau, Google Analytics, and other data analytics tools.
