As a Technical Senior Product Manager for SAP Concur's Platform you'll have the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative, creative, and agile environments. In this role you will:
* Own product management for features/services of SAP Concur's Platform * Conduct analysis and design activities for the initiatives you own * Maintain feature/services roadmap based on the needs of application developers while incorporating on-going analysis of best in class platforms and strategy. * Collaborate effectively with a globally distributed team often with engineering spread remotely around the globe * Work with your team to build, launch, implement, and support the products you build * Stay current with industry trends and evaluate 3rd party open source products with the goal of recommending buy or build decisions * Passionately protect Concur's brand by ensuring developers use platform services appropriately * Support, communicate, and advocate product requirements and plans * Incorporate feedback and changes effectively while establishing mitigations * Manage risk to the products you own
What we're looking for:
* Bachelor's degree; technical degree strongly valued * 5-7 years of experience as Technical Product/Program Manager or Developer at platform scale SaaS company * Domain expertise in areas such as web services, developer tooling, automation/CICD frameworks, cloud app/service lifecycle management, systems/network engineering * Experience specifically with GraphQL and REST APIs highly desired * Comfort and understanding of how software should be implemented, deployed and tested in services environments * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and varying stakeholder networks * Knowledge and practice of agile methodologies to produce software * Track record of successfully delivering product features against aggressive deadlines * Experience with prioritizing and executing on a product plan, including getting alignment with stakeholders * Effective communications skills, focusing on composition and presentation of technical and business information * Experience delivering usable service increments continuously with short build, measure and learn cycles.
