What you'll do at Insight:

* Actively participate in the assessment, planning, designing, and implementing of internally developed and vendor supplied systems.
* Be a trusted advisor to our internal IT and Functional partners on how to best implement and manage critical IT services and solutions.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
* Ensure reliability of systems by designing and implementing highly scalable and resilient platforms for our critical IT and customer facing systems.
* Using automation tools and best practices to ensure reliability of our systems.
* Rotating on-call support duties

What you'll need to join Insight:

* 2+ years implementing and troubleshooting Linux or Windows, tools like Chef, puppet. Scripting languages (python, ruby, shell) are a must.
* Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or demonstrated performance in a technical work environment.
* Highly communicative and collaborative work style
* Growth in technical skills through certifications Docker, AWS, Azure, OS or other similar achievements is desired.
* Ability to effectively communicate, present and articulate strategies across various audiences; sales, marketing, partners, clients, consultants, executive leaders (internal and external)
* Familiarity and/or experience in cloud providers like Azure is preferred
* DevOps experience is a plus
