Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for directing the applications development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications. Coordinate the development staff's schedule and ensure effective communication between team members and other IT functional areas. Provide feedback and suggestions for process and product improvement and act as a technical mentor and adviser.

At least ten years of experience in technologies such as Visual Basic .NET, PHP, C#/C++ and Microsoft .NET framework development• A solid background in applications programming. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Several years of proven success as a technical team leader. Seven years experience with the application development process life cycle and creation of the software aimed at helping users complete a computer task or program. Seven years experience working closely with computer analysts and engineers in using languages such as Java, C++ or ORACLE to develop the necessary specifications for software. Five years xperience with testing, debugging and improving generally faulty applications for clients. Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
