Job Description

Job Summary:

The Senior Specialist, Website Content ("Senior Specialist") will manage the day-to-day functions of the Ryan websites and Intranet, as well as support Marketing Automation programs and CRM integration, KPI and digital marketing analytics for reporting sales funnel conversion from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). The Senior Specialist will be responsible for updating and managing the content across all Ryan websites, while interfacing with appropriate resources to address and resolve performance issues.

People:

* Create a positive team member experience

Client:

* Responds to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities
* Supporting Ryan's digital webinar channel, working with internal clients and managers to develop and launch the program and supporting promotion
* Supporting Ryan's email marketing channel in the development and launch of internal and external communications
* Support new site launches with content migration and optimization
* Troubleshoot the websites and interface with IT and developers as necessary for performance issues
* Manage website audits to ensure compliance to guidelines and consistency across sites

Value:

Update and manage website and intranet content, as well as all digital marketing channels, including:

* Working comfortably with Marketo, CRM, and Google Analytics to track, analyze and report on Digital Marketing activities and ROI analysis
* Working comfortably with social marketing programs to support digital lifecycle from lead acquisition, through the sales funnel from a MQL to a SQL and eventual engagement
* Optimize content meta tags for search engines
* Analyze data from Google Analytics and prepare reports for suggested improvements
* Maintain consistent branding across sites
* Develop and maintain a master calendar for editorial and marketing work for website
* Design and modify images for use on the websites
* Support social media efforts
* Manage emails submitted through website, responding or forwarding as appropriate.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university, and four to six years related experience required.

General Skills

* Working experience with a Content Management System (CMS); Episerver preferred
* Marketo expertise
* SharePoint content management
* Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
* Basic knowledge of Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0
* Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and complete work according to deadlines
* Able to work independently or as part of a team
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate skills in Microsoft® Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Google Analytics, Marketo, and web navigation and research.

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid driver's license required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

* Standard indoor working environment.
* Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm; interface with external vendors, developers, and clients also necessary.
* Frequent long periods of sitting while working at computer.
* Travel requirement: less than 25%.
