Job Description

As a Senior Solutions Engineer of IT Business Solutions, you will be part of a dynamic team that actively engages with all areas of the business, drives and participates in projects, and supports day-to-day operations. This role supports Workday integrations and security administration for Loews Corporation's HCM, Payroll and Financial functions.

Additionally, you will:

* Collaborate and partner with colleagues, business users, subsidiary companies and 3rd party vendors to assess and scope requirements, and to drive projects to successful completion
* Develop high quality Workday integrations that are scalable
* Provide the highest level of support for Workday HCM, Payroll and Financial integrations
* Independently identify and configure the security groups and role assignments
* Maintain system and security assignment integrity in compliance with internal process and controls and regulatory requirement
* Perform regression testing on integrations and ensure tenant readiness during Workday major releases
* Assist in the design and support of business technology solutions for all areas of Loews
* Assist in the management and support of premier SaaS solutions such as Office 365 and ServiceNow

To be considered, you'll need:

* 5+ years of progressive professional experience working as an IT developer and/or system integrator
* 3+ years of Workday integration and security administration experience

You should also be able to articulate a track record that demonstrates:

* Solid experience of developing integrations of different types: Cloud Connect, Enterprise Information Builder (EIB), and Workday Studio
* Ability to build and modify custom Workday reports and calculated fields
* Advanced working knowledge of Workday security administration
* Good knowledge of HCM, Payroll and Financial business processes and data requirements
* Knowledge of Web Services such as REST, SOAP, API, JSON, PGP, SAML for extensibility and portability
* Understanding of using JSON and XML to exchange and consume data and transforming XML files using XSLT for SaaS applications
* Working knowledge of object-oriented design and development skills and Scrum/Agile development methodologies
* Experience writing SQL queries for SQL Server or another Relational Database
* Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills with focus on customer service and user experience
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
* Ability to collaborate well and take accountability
* Relevant Workday Certifications are a plus
