Are you interested in building a new service for AWS customers? Want to make a multi-million-dollar impact to our customers' bottom line and disrupt the status quo? We are a brand new team at AWS developing a new external facing service that will help customers track and analyze their data to solve some of their most critical business problems. The successful applicant will have a strong command of data science and machine learning analytics and a demonstrated track record of delivering solutions in this area.
In this role you will be responsible for leading three main functions: architecting solutions for customers, post-sales product development and support, and translating customer requirements into implementable products. You will need to be able to:
* Understand client operating environments, including systems, policies and procedures. * Support customer pilots to prove superior total cost of ownership and business value. * Through the field service organization and channel partners, provide enterprise level migration support from the customer's data center environments to AWS products. * Proactively solicit customer feedback to set product development priorities for accelerated FSI adoption. Quickly share intelligence with other teams. * Make Service teams successful in releasing and supporting the beta and production versions of the product. * Develop and deliver presentations and demonstrations for customers, AWS Sales, and Channel Partners. * Advise customers on how to overcome adoption obstacles (includes matters related to technical, security & organizational and business plan justifications). * Develop and deliver training for AWS Pro-Services teams and select channel partners.
