Position Summary

Defines and implements overarching IT/OT infrastructure strategies and creates/maintains strategic roadmaps. Develops and tracks project capital requirements and facilitates demand prioritization with key stakeholders. Identifies customer requirements, assesses impact to affected systems/environments, considers all alternatives, compares costs, and recommends solutions. Performs wide range infrastructure analyses, creates cost models, and generates cost benefit analyses. Provides project management guidance, including: project scoping, resource management, and evaluating/selecting suppliers. Develops non-functional and technical requirements for capital projects, as well as defines architectural standards for complex enterprise initiatives. Identifies efficiency opportunities and drives productivity improvements to reduce expenses and optimize operations. Identifies risks and drives mitigation efforts. The finalist will work on multiple key initiatives concurrently.

Essential Responsibilities

* Strategy and Planning - Provides strategic direction and develops five-year strategic roadmaps. Crafts, defends, and maintains the currency of infrastructure strategies. Develops and tracks capital budgets, and facilitates project prioritization and project initiation.
* Technology Leadership - Maintains state-of-the-art knowledge of IT technologies through leading, interacting, and socializing subject areas with industry peers, vendors, and consultants. Applies knowledge to the continuous development and enhancement of technology plans. Viewed as a "go-to" technical resource and advisor offering meaningful technical solutions. Can quickly resolve issues that are complex and uncharted. Accountable for coaching/mentoring associates on their technical versatility and problem solving skills.
* Project Delivery - Leads design workshops, assessments, and planning sessions. Reviews and approves functional and technical designs. Leads and monitors end-to-end technical implementation, including hardware installation, environment setup, production certification, software deployment, integration development, data management, and vendor technical activities.
* Architecture Framework - Translates functional requirements into technical configuration documents; assesses impact on existing applications. Architects solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements while ensuring adherence to architecture standards. Creates and maintains architecture design artifacts. Provides technical insights on SAP technology. Designs processes and solutions for monitoring infrastructure performance; performs capacity planning to maintain high quality of service.
* Relationship Management - Collaborates with key stakeholders on technical solutions and mediates compromises. Facilitates and accelerates decision process, requirements, pain points and challenges knowing relevant industry trends and gains consensus. Works closely with IT Security architecting and implementing Identity and Security best practices. Peer-reviews work and provides feedback in accordance with architecture standards. Interacts with vendors to implement new capabilities. Supports internal and external audits.
* Operations Management - Diagnoses complex end-to-end enterprise applications and counsels on systems performance, capacity, and growth. Manages various process improvement projects to increase operational efficiency. Ensures architecture diagrams currency. Acts with broad authority when necessary to resolve emergencies.

Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in science or IT or related field or equivalent experience.
* Ten yrs prior work IT experience with emphasis on support of infrastructure systems and related technologies.
* Eight yrs of discovery, design, engineering, architecture, documentation, implementation, and infrastructure support of complex enterprise solutions.
* Eight yrs in complex SAP implementations experience, SAP solution architecture and designs.
* Experience working with three or more SAP modules, GRC, or HANA. Strong organizational, communication, and problem resolution skills.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in full systems development life-cycle, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud and XaaS
* Demonstrated negotiation sna influencing skills
* Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and O365 SharePoint skills.
* Forward thinking, motivated, and driven with ability to work independently and make timely decision.
* Previous experience with developing IT strategies, capital planning, enterprise capacity planning, lifecycle management, architecture frameworks, project management, infrastructure financial modeling, budgeting, and cost benefit analyses.
