Come join the Enterprise Data Platform team! We are building a data processing and analytics platform targeted at Microsoft Enterprise Customers. We are the platform and our Microsoft partner teams are building the experience. We are building on top of Azure public offerings with Spark as our main processing engine. The scale is large. The platform is highly secure, isolated and compliant and is meant to build trust and enable data-driven decisions for our customers. We have opportunities for a Senior Software Engineer to work with a great team on a great product. We are still in early development with some capabilities in private preview. * 5+ years of development experience
* Experience creating, developing, delivering, deploying, maintaining cloud services
* Experience with big data processing (batch/stream), Apache Spark, Scala. (preferred)

You will design and implement data processing and analysis services and components using Azure technologies that fit within the overall architecture of the platform. The responsibilities include working with our team and our partner teams to understand the needed capabilities to meet the needs of the customer. This is a 24x7 service, so our work must be great. You will work with our team, have fun, help us produce a great product, take on and solve new technical problems, and help win over the customer. We work with various languages including Scala and C#.
