Have fun at work. Love your team. Learn new tech. Impact Microsoft's biggest businesses.
Join our small technology and experience incubation team to help people achieve more. We design and implement innovations for some of Microsoft's fastest growing and most used products, services, and businesses: the Office apps and services, Surface devices, Windows experiences, Outlook, and Teams. While we work to improve existing products and technologies, we're not limited by them; we also explore new products, technologies, and business areas.
Imagine working daily where you can see the results of and refine your work immediately, rather than after a long build and release process. Imagine learning about new technology, code, and architecture as part of your daily work, rather than in your free time. Imagine having direct control over improving your engineering process and tools, your project, and your team. Imagine having coworkers whose most important values are respect, curiosity, engineering excellence, fun, and family. If this sounds like your kind of team, we would love to help you live this experience!
