As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.

Title: M&A Technical Lead / Full Stack Engineer
Corporate Architecture M&A team is looking for a Principal or Senior Full Stack Software Engineer. You will be joining a small core team, in early stages of development with ample creative freedom. You will get to work with latest java based Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies, and get a chance to collaborate with ML / NLP experts from Oracle Labs. In this role, you will be responsible for
* Leading development of internal application to support key Corporate Architecture initiatives, including * optimizing M&A technical due diligence and integration activities * automating tracking of various Corporate Architecture initiatives * Supporting inbound Open Source analysis process during technical due diligence * Become an expert on the interpretation of the output of automated source-code analysis tools, and advise Development and Legal regarding the output. * Help Development and Legal reach a common understanding of the intellectual property implications of third-party component use. * Evaluate and maintain various tools (including 3rd party tools) used for code analysis and third party technology identification
