Are you passionate about collaborative software and team-based workflows in a highly-connected world?
Join a small, fast-paced development team to work on collaborative workflows for Simulink and model-based design. You will use both traditional C++ and cutting edge technologies (cloud computing, HTML5/JavaScript/CSS, web services, micro-services based architecture) to bring real-time collaborative features to MATLAB and Simulink. You will use novel ideas to bridge the gap between desktop and online product offerings.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing real-time collaborative editing features for MATLAB and Simulink.
* Design, architect and implement software features with high-scalability and high-availability * Participate in full software development lifecycle including requirements, specifications, implementation and testing * Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and well-architected software
Minimum Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 5 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree) is required. * Experience with C++
Additional Qualifications
* Experience with Linux development * Application development in C++, Java (or other JVM-based languages), or Go * Application development in JavaScript/HTML5 is a plus * Familiarity with cloud computing and/or enterprise application development * Passion for cloud-based technologies (for example, Docker, Kubernetes) * Experience with micro services architecture is a plus * Experience with MATLAB/Simulink is a plus
