Job Description

The Buses and Windows Driver Frameworks team builds the platform for the silicon platform. Much of the technologies we own are the underpinnings used to enable other device classes and functionality throughout the system.

* Buses like USB, I2C, SPI, I3C, UART, Serial.
* Class drivers like WinUSB, HIDUSB, HIDSPI, HIDI2C.
* The input platform HIDClass
* USB Type-C Stack
* Frameworks like KMDF and UMDF that enable driver development on Windows.
* USB4
* Plug and Play Bridge for Azure IoT

BS or above in Computer Science or related field

10+ years relevant industry experience in USB

Strong career history of C or C++ development

This developer will contribute to the Buses and Windows Driver Framework team's charter of building and enhancing the silicon platform. The developer will do this by contributing to new technologies like USB4, USB function stack, USB-C enhancements and various evolving technologies for Azure IoT.
