The Protective Technologies team in the Customer Engagement Technologies (CET) group is responsible for securing the data, systems, assets, and capabilities of Amazon's global contact center network. Among other things, we own the systems responsible for identity access and management (IAM) in all applications leveraged by our associates around the world.
We are looking for a lead developer or architect to join in a multi-year, large-scale, enterprise software program. You will be the technical leader for a team whose innovations and strategies will raise the bar for identity verification and customer data protection, in partnership with Amazon Web Services technology teams. You will both develop new features and incorporate unreleased AWS technologies into Amazon CRM products. And you will be on the leading edge of information and cybersecurity.
