COMPANY DESCRIPTION

SAP started in 1972 as a team of five colleagues with a desire to do something new. Together, they changed enterprise software and reinvented how business was done. Today, as a market leader in enterprise application software, we remain true to our roots. That's why we engineer solutions to fuel innovation, foster equality and spread opportunity for our employees and customers across borders and cultures.

SAP values the entrepreneurial spirit, fostering creativity and building lasting relationships with our employees. We know that a diverse and inclusive workforce keeps us competitive and provides opportunities for all. We believe that together we can transform industries, grow economics, lift up societies and sustain our environment. Because it's the best-run businesses that make the world run better and improve people's lives.

Are you looking forward to running Clojure in Production? Are you passionate about distributed systems? Do you like working on open source technologies and you love the challenge of solving problems at internet scale?

As a member of SAP Concur's Core Team, you will partner with other tech innovators and blaze the trail in the evolution of the next generation SAP Concur platform and Service. Your work will enable amazing new features and benefit tens of millions of users around the world!

You have …

Passion. You have high standards and craftsmanship in your work. You push the boundaries and challenge the status quo because you want to deliver optimal viable solutions. You are passionate about security, authentication, authorization and encryption.

DevOps mentality. You understand "infrastructure as code". You know how to scale a solution, not just throw more hardware at a problem. You take end to end ownership of your solutions.

Teamwork. You thrive in a positive, collaborative environment with your great communication skills. You believe in the value of iterating together toward a common goal. You enjoy learning new technologies and are not afraid to make mistakes.

Tech Chops. You are as comfortable slinging shell scripts as you are writing services in Clojure and packaging Dockers containers. You are passionate about functional programming and immutable data structure. You have experience working with NoSQL and Graph Databases, Kubernetes and know how to run critical production services in AWS at scale.

SAP'S DIVERSITY COMMITMENT

To harness the power of innovation, SAP invests in the development of its diverse employees. We aspire to leverage the qualities and appreciate the unique competencies that each person brings to the company.

SAP is committed to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity and to providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with physical and/or mental disabilities.
