Key Responsibilities:
Resource should have right attitude, self-starter; 1-2 years experience ; knowledge of the lab environment; flexibility in supporting many different scope areas.
Our initial scope of work includes:
Inventory Management
Restocking of lab consumables and solvents at designated inventory locations
Stock areas will be established as part of implementation
Provide status of back-orders and expedite as necessary
Work with end users to right size inventory levels and product mix
Order Management
Perform ordering of supplies on behalf of end users
Provide general customer service on site
Working with sales team, provide options for product standardization and low cost alternatives
Support the Quality Management System by:
Development, maintenance and full adherence to departmental work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOP's) in fulfillment of the requirements of our Quality Management System and the expectations of our interested parties (internal / external).
Identify and report quality or compliance concerns to management and the quality function and take immediate actions to remedy.
Complete all planned or unplanned quality & compliance training requirements within defined deadlines
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Must possess a High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Computer literate
Proficient in Microsoft Office program, especially Excel
Work Overtime, as required
Must have reliable transportation to travel between customer sites.
Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, with assistance

Possess a strong desire to serve the customer, and the interpersonal skills to deal with various levels of personnel at the customer site including providing clear, concise communication with customers.
Collaborate with the on-site commercial team.
Deliver excellent customer service to include maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines
Strong problem solving ability
Displays a high level of confidentiality for both customer and Thermo Fisher Scientific
Works primarily at customer locations, in office environment to include cubicles and/or in and around shipping/receiving docks, stock rooms, storage locations and laboratory environments.
May be required to work independently at a customer location.
