What you'll be doing...

As a Senior Siebel Developeryou will launch new products and services for Edge Solutions (equipment, software, labor and maintenance) as part of ongoing enhancements to the Verizon enterprise quoting and ordering process. Additionally, you will support to partners like Cisco, Juniper, Versa and Viptela as part of broader IT partnership across products.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

* Triage and prioritize of production issues impacting our sales and sales support teams.
* Translating issues into root cause user stories for development of quoting, pricing and partner API fixes and enhancements.
* Partnering with the broader IT teams to leverage partner relationships in the Edge Solutions space (Telcobuy, Cisco, etc.).

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

* Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
* Four or more years of relevant work experience.
* Experience with SQL Server.
* Experience with Oracle Siebel including SRF and business objects.

Even better if you have:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field.
* Experience MS SQL Server including stored procedures.
* Experience in managing a large global team of technical professionals.
* Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other).
* Knowledge of telecommunication products especially around Edge Solutions (equipment, software, labor and maintenance).
* Experience in JS Frameworks like - ExtJs, React or Angular.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications and presentation skills
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
* Experience in G-Suite (Google Slides, Docs, etc) or M.S. Office suite (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Other Skills/Tools desired: Jira, Jenkins, GIT, Eclipse, SQL Developer or other SQL development tool.
