Job Description

Security is one of the top priorities at TGS. We have highly valuable intellectual property, confidential data, and complex computing environments that need to be protected. At the same time, TGS offers its employees the freedom they need to be productive and get their work done with minimal friction. Striking this balance between security and usability is the primary responsibility of security engineering at TGS.

The security team works with a number of technologies, such as network security monitoring, advanced endpoint protection, logging, and data analytics. Our responsibilities are broad, ranging from the data center, to cloud systems, to the desktop, and even to the electronic access control system.

Must have:

* 3+ years of professional security engineering or analysis experience
* Computer Science or Information Systems educational background
* Deep expertise in at least one platform (Linux, Windows, or MacOS)
* Familiarity with network design principles and firewalls
* Software development/scripting in one or more languages (e.g., Python)

Nice to have:

* Digital forensics and incident response (DFIR) experience
* Vulnerability management and patching experience
* Threat intelligence and security analysis experience
* Application security engineering experience
* Penetration testing or red team experience
