Position Summary

Working in the Strategic Initiatives group within Infrastructure and Production Management, the Sr. Scrum Master is responsible for working with the Scrum / Kanban teams to ensure the strategic vision of the Product Owner is achieved. The individual in this role is a champion for agile, emulating the behaviors and skills needed to help build successful teams. We are seeking a candidate who has proven leadership skills, the ability to think critically, problem-solve, and has a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities

* Facilitates Scrum events
* Collaborates with Product Owner on Product backlog, sprint backlog, tactical and strategic roadmaps and understanding priorities
* Program management of the strategic initiative, including collaborating on strategy, approach and execution with the stakeholders and team
* Communication with internal and external stakeholders ensuring transparency in work being done
* Program/project management functions including reporting and budget

As a member of our Strategic Initiatives Group within Infrastructure and Production Management, you will dive head-first helping create solutions that advance businesses and careers. You'll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products. You'll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what's being developed. Qualifications

* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* Minimum 5 years of Agile experience using Scrum or Kanban
* Servant leader mindset
* Agile tools experience (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint)
* Understanding of cloud architecture including public/private cloud
* Understanding Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, containerization
* Highly collaborative - Strong experience working with and influencing cross functional teams on processes, procedures, culture, tools, etc.
* Strong partnership skills, builds relationships, understands how to find common ground to deliver on objectives
* Change Agent (willing to challenge the status quo); strong drive for continuous improvement
* Focus and judgment - can separate mission critical from "nice to haves"
* Strong organizational navigation skills, politically aware and agile, can influence outcomes based upon well-reasoned views and arguments
* Successful track record executing complex programs using Agile practices
* Ability to influence and drive change at senior levels
* Leadership skills, drive for continuous improvement
* Must have excellent interpersonal, relationship and negotiating skills as well as critical thinking skills
* Program management and business management experience advantageous
* Experience in leading teams of similar size and complexity
* Highly motivated with excellent time management/prioritization skills

* Experience minimizing and eliminating external and internal project impediments
* Ability to collaborate with Engineering and AD teams to ensure project backlog is refined, prioritized and maintained
* Experience in collaborating with Product Owners to build product vision, strategic and tactical road maps, backlog prioritization and making difficult decisions when needed
