Senior Scrum Master

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: 6 months + with possible contract to hire

Description:

* Experience: 5+ years in Scrum Master Role and 10+ Overall Industry
* Ability to facilitate Scrum of Scrums, Requirement gathering sessions, Scrum Ceremonies and Backlog grooming sessions
* Coaching
* Training
* Previously served at least 2 or more scrum teams at a time including distributed teams
* Good documentation skill sets
* Good knowledge of infrastructure or software development projects
* Excellent communications, inter-personal and negotiation skill sets
* Ability to elicit requirements
* Analytical
* Experience in agile transformation as a co-lead
* Understands SDLC
* Knowledgeable in at least 3 frameworks in agile

Able to track and remove impediments in a timely manner

* Ability to plan releases and map stories
* Ability to write user stories for functional and non-functional requirements
* Advance use of MS word, excel, SharePoint, teams, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Certifications: PSM II, A-CSM / PSM I, CSM
