What You'll Do

In response to our growing business needs, we are excited to announce the creation of a new position: Senior SAP Development Analyst. The Senior SAP Development Analyst will primarily work with both business and IT groups in North America to construct core SAP system functionality, while coordinating with other Global teams throughout the world.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Recommend and develop core SAP solutions with a focus on providing cross-brand and global capabilities
* Meet and discuss the technical needs of the required business functions and suggest possible solutions to gain efficiencies
* Coordinate with other SAP teams on new technologies and system capabilities
* Work on core projects related to SAP technology
* Develop interfaces utilizing SAP PI - Process Integration solutions
* Troubleshoot and debug issues with SAP systems and tools
* Identify, fix and train our business users as necessary
* Offer support to other SAP groups as requested
* Provide support of help tickets related to the development team
* Participate in necessary calls with other Global teams

What We're Looking For

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, MAth, MIS or equivalent discipline required.

Other qualifications include:

* Minimum 5 years SAP PI and ABAP development
* Highly experience with technical components of SAP
* Adept at troubleshooting issues in SAP environment
* Knowledge of user security in SAP
* Exposure to S/4 Hana development a plus
* Experienced with other high level programming languages is a plus
* Understanding of systems development lifecycle and system implementation methodologies
* Familiar SAP technologies like Hana, AFS/FMS, IS Retail and other extended solutions is a plus
* Strong analytical skills; proven ability to analyze data and make updates/recommendations based on analysis
* Detailed oriented; excellent ability to plan and organize so that work is completed efficiently; ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
* Ability to work independently with minimal direction
* Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate, consult and share information with managers and colleagues within the global and regional matrix
* Demonstrates a desire to accomplish and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
* Core Skills: SAP Data dictionary, ABAP, performance tuning, Object oriented coding, data migration, interface development and SAP enhancement knowledge
* Hands-on, proactive approach to always seeking efficiencies; flexible and open to new ideas in a growing environment
* Extensive experience with standard SAP technologies such as IDOCs, PI, web-service, proxy, SOAP, REST, EDI/ALE and BAPI's
