Senior SalesForce Developer

Location: McLean, VA

Duration: 6 months

Job Description:

* The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect /Sr Developer is responsible for developing data-driven marketing initiatives utilizing a campaign management tool, performing activities such as designing offer management, decisioning and activation workflows using tools such as Journey builder, Email studio, Interaction studio etc .
* This individual will work with Marketers, Product and Technical Team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization's architectural and well-managed standards. Manager will be actively involved in designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining software.

Responsibilities:

Should recommend and implement solutions to Business requirements using native connectivity, customizable configuration with SalesForce Marketing cloud platform where applicable

Implement campaign orchestration using Interaction Studio. Recommend different ways on how applications can feed data as input for Marketing campaigns to SFMC.

Design and implement solutions to extract the events, triggers from SFMC for various touchpoints of SFMC with Customer.

Recommend solutions on how to extract lifecycle Insights data from SFMC and have the ability to use in systems outside of SFMC to keep track of how consumers move across lifecycle stages such as awareness, exploration and enrollment.

Understand how various tools interact with each other and recommend solutions that will solve for Business requirements. Other tools include Data Studio and Automation Studio.

Required Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering with 5-7 years of relevant work experience OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience.
* At least 3 years' experience as email developer/technical resource on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform is strongly preferred. Experience with all aspects of Email Studio, Journey Builder and Interaction Studio and integration with these systems is required. Data Studio knowledge is nice to have.

Additional Job Details:

Looking for strong experience in products such as Automation studio, Journey builder, interaction studio. Candidate needs to be proficient building out various integrations with Salesforce Marketing cloud like using REST APIs, knowledge of transactional APIs.
