Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Director, Supply Chain Solutions Center, the Senior Project Manager, Supply Chain PeopleSoft Application will work as the liaison between the supply chain materials management team and the functional internal information technology team. This position will collaborate closely with regional supply chain teams related to the PeopleSoft inventory and mobile inventory modules. This role will include a strong focus on subject matter expertise (SME) and end user training, issues resolutions resulting in the execution of necessary process flow changes and/or training based on their findings and interfacing with the functional internal information technology team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Identify, troubleshoot and resolve PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM Applications (Inventory and Mobile Inventory).
* Review and respond to client support requests on covered PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM Applications (Inventory and Mobile Inventory).
* Provide weekly status reports to all levels of the supply chain management team related to the PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM (Inventory and Mobile Inventory).
* Open support tickets with vendors and IT Technical Support as necessary and follow through to completion.
* Perform minor configuration changes to project work related to PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM (Inventory and Mobile Inventory).
* Identify, write and manage business requirements related to PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM (Inventory and Mobile Inventory).
* Contribute to the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping).
* Support configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user training.
* Write test scripts and user training materials.
* Coordinate quality assistance testing.

Skills and Requirements:

* 4+ year's operational experience with PeopleSoft Financials versions 9.1 through 9.2.
* Experience working with complex, full lifecycle inventory implementation experience implementing some combination of the following Supply Chain Management process areas: order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Master Data Management.
* PeopleSoft 9.1 and 9.2 Oracle ERP experience in at least one or more modules: Inventory and Mobile Inventory, Purchasing, eProcurement, Procurement Contracts (Pricing), eSupplier, eSettlements or Costing.
* Project Management experience dealing with a minimum of 1 full cycle implementation.
* Experience in definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, functional configuration, testing, client user training.
* Experience collaborating with all levels of management on business process enhancements and system-related optimization initiatives.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
* Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
* Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant ERP applications.
* Up to 40% local travel required.
