In this role, you will work with business SMEs and identified project stakeholders to develop detailed requirements (functional, non-functional, operational, data quality). You will document all requirements into appropriate requirements management tools and conduct requirements walkthroughs with the project team and project stakeholders. Additionally, you will also serve as a Project Manager and Scrum Master on Agile projects.

Your Work Falls into Two Primary Categories

Systems Analysis

* Lead and support change control on requirements
* Act as the primary liaison with multiple Business /IT stakeholders responsible for managing the scope, requirements and dependencies across multiple workstreams and initiatives.
* Perform data issue/problem management, research potential data exceptions, and initiative/project engagement: data analysis, leveraging current sources including databases, data and process models, business requirements and other artifacts.
* Act as a liaison between business area and technical support teams to ensure all parties have complete understanding of issues/requests, requirements and process steps to ensure alignment and successful outcome.
* Responsible for creating and maintaining process documentation and other relevant records as needed.
* Analyze business requirements and identify, communicate and drive mitigation of risks and issues.
* Perform data profiling, extensive data analysis, setup mock data for development/unit testing
* Develop business rules spreadsheets (BRSs) to document data movement/data transformation rules
* Work with developers, data modelers, testers and business area SMEs to support development, system testing, UAT
* Support all phases of the project development lifecycle using SDLC, Agile and other project methodologies
* Support System Testing, End-to-End testing, and UAT
* Contribute to the delivery of the Requirements traceability matrix (RTM)

Project Management / Scrum Master

* Planning and managing of several simultaneous projects
* Work collaboratively with customers, as well as internal and external stakeholders
* Participate and at times lead cooperative efforts with project team members
* Participate in Requirements and Design discussions with project stakeholders
* Validating financial forecasts and providing on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenses
* Developing communication plans and effectively communicating in both verbal (e.g.day-to-day discussions, team meetings) and written (status reports, change requests) form
* Developing the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan and related project management artifacts
* Defining and tracking project milestones while developing, maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
* Assessing impacts on other projects, including other concurrent deployments on the same application (code base), downstream and upstream impacts.
* As Scrum master, conducting Agile ceremonies and collaborating with the team and product owner for continuous improvement

Qualifications

* 5+ years of related Systems Analysis and Project Management/Scrum Master work experience in Information Technology.
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent working experience.
* Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience with complex SQL and high-volume Relational databases
* Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience with Requirements Management Software
* Ability to communicate with business users and help elicit business requirements
* Ability to translate Business Requirements into Information/Data requirements
* Ability to work with technical development teams; build and maintain technical/project documentation; participate in project estimation
* Strong analytical skills, proficiency in root cause analysis, and ability to solve problems and craft business solutions
* Waterfall and Agile methodology experience
* Experience managing Production Support, Incident Management and communications
* Experience managing the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
* Experience as Servant leader to manage the expectation from Agile team
* Ability to create or drive project schedule development, including task definition, duration, and resource estimates, work breakdown schedule, contingency planning
* Experience building and maintaining project artifacts such as budget development, project charter, project planning, schedule management, requirements management, test planning and execution, control and assurance practices
* Experience working with stakeholders to understand vision, business objectives, and critical success factors
* Ability to facilitate meetings and conference calls. This shall include scheduling the meetings; developing agendas and meeting minutes; providing and archiving required documentation; and documenting, tracking, and following-up on action items from the meetings

* Ability to read Java code
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
* Experienced Planview user
* Experience with automated requirements and testing management
