We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator / Senior Project Coordinator for our San Mateo, CA office to assist with the planning, coordination and tracking of various projects within our Hematology Portfolio. This role will provide project support in the Program management and other cross functional activities, coordination and reporting of assigned projects. The Project Coordinator / Senior Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with program managers to provide support for a range of project planning/management activities.
Essential Functions of the Job:
* Provide support and assistance to program managers in completion of all required tasks to meet departmental and project goals * Responsible for the maintenance of project documentations, plans, reports (such as MS Project), and communicating project status in designated platforms. * Generate and publish weekly reports; incorporate process improvements in developing new reports. * Provide coordination & planning supports for meetings and other project related activities.

Education Required:
* Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Life Sciences or other related area required. * At least two (2) years of practical experience in biotechnology / pharmaceutical industry or related area, preferably in a project analysis, management, or operations role, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Computer Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel etc) and Microsoft Project software; proficiency with Project Management tools is a plus. Experience using reporting tools (Spotfire, tableau and other) a plus.
