Senior Program Specialist, Dairy Technologies

 

Duties: Overall ownership of Dairy Technology including architectural design of systems including: Dairy.com, RawIMS and modules listed hereafter.  Manage and own Dairy.com implementation and Change Management, in all phases: Initial Design, Development, Testing, Rollout, Training, Support and Maintenance. Modules will include not limited to Dairy Scheduling, Dispatch, Mobile Manifest, Receiving, Quality Tracking, Producer Payroll and Trading Exchange. Create Project Plan and Road Map of all associated projects and implementations. Manage implementation timeline in line with internal and external targets. Develop understanding of current SOP’s and assist in creating New SOP’s for new processes for every touchpoint. Schedule and conduct training for all sites and individuals that will utilize

new tools. Anticipate, manage, and resolve issues and act as Single Point of Contact between Dairy.com and Danone North America SAP process. Coordinate Project Development, scope and timeline between Endeavor (SAP implementation), Dairy.com, Plant and Corporate teams. Report Project Progress to key internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations and capture feedback. Ensure SOX Compliance Process are adhered. Use best practice Risk Management, assessing risks in an informed and considered matter, and plan for the mitigation of these risks. Assist Dairy Supply Planning Senior Manager in backup situations of Dairy Scheduling.

 

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or Computer Science, or related field of study, and 3 years of experience with dairy technology management and dairy industry. Experience specified must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: Dairy Milk Market including Chicago Mercantile Exchange; Dairy Industry including Federal Milk Marketing Order; systems knowledge and understanding including architecture and design of specific Dairy.com tools; user acceptance testing; working in a cross-functional environment with: finance, operations and topline; SOX compliance process; end to end SAP network; interaction with upper-level management inside and outside of all corporate levels; project management/organization; utilization of Dairy.com tools, platforms including Milk; scheduling, payroll, and plant manufacturing tools; implementation of SAAS (Software as a Service) and integration of back end systems within multinational company; global milk supply chain network; systems architecture and back-end support infrastructure and tool design for multinational company, those tools being deployed across the globe; designing test cases (in manual and automated environments), exploring all aspects of a given system or tool; documenting processes as well as test results, and participating in system improvement for failed test cases; webpage design: leading changes focused on user experience and interfaces, including back-end troubleshooting; and documenting internal processes, leading audits on these processes, as well as executing controls and having the results available in a repository for future reference. 20% domestic travel required.
