This position provides planning/scheduling support for ADP Special Programs. Candidate develops, statuses, and analyzes Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in sufficient detail to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner. Communicates schedule impacts and proposes corrective actions to applicable stakeholders. Develops recovery plans to ensure program milestones are completed in accordance with the contract requirements. Use of critical path methodology and application in network development, analysis, and problem resolution is required. Candidate will have knowledge and experience in an Earned Value Management (EVM) environment. Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production and proposals. This position will develop insight and skill in the accurate and timely preparation and delivery of program schedule Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). The candidate will be an active participant in the evaluation of program and project planning and scheduling products and practices and will be instrumental in the resultant remediation activities upon identification of gaps. Supports proposal activities as necessary.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must have an Active Secret Clearance, with an investigation within the last 6 years, and the ability to obtain higher level clearances as needed.

Basic Qualifications

* Experience with Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
* Experience with Scheduling Software such as - Open Plan, Primavera, Microsoft Project, or other CPM Tool
* Experience with Program Planning & Scheduling, Master Planner or Project Controls experience
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
