343 Industries, the studio developing Halo Infinite, is looking for a talented, motivated, effective Senior Services Program Manager to join the team building the Slipspace engine to power Halo Infinite. As a Senior Services Program Manager, you will drive the product development for Halo Infinite backend services. * At least 5 years' experience as a project manager or program manager, or equivalent experience.
* Experience and proven ability to impact and influence cross functional teams
* At least 5 years' experience developing and releasing services based products

Preferred:

* Experience shipping games on Xbox One or PC
* Experience managing people

As a Senior Services Program Manager, you will be responsible for working to drive services requirements and plans in cooperation with the Services Engineering Lead. You will own schedules, roadmaps, and technical plans that support our overall design goals and support the scale of a large scale AAA game on both PC and Console.

In this role, you will be expected to:

* Drive technical roadmaps that coordinate 3rd party technology with our internal tech stack
* Work closely with engineering leaders to define deliverables and schedules based on cross-team requirements and dependencies.
* Partner with test to create a full test plan to operate at scale
* Foster collaboration with the design and technical teams to deliver high quality features
* Document and drive our security and privacy plans
* Manage relationships with other internal partners providing us other technology and services
* Partner with other Microsoft Studios when there are opportunities to share technology, knowledge, or to build solutions more efficiently.
