The Customer Experience (CxP) team, part of the Identity Engineering Team, focuses on customer experience through all phases of adoption and usage. We are looking for a strong Program Manager, with a growth mindset, compassion for customer experience, and an experimental approach to join our team. This role will focus on customer and support experiences that empowers both our customers and support teams to quickly identify and correct problems where success is measured through customer self-help success and user satisfaction. To achieve this, this role will leverage telemetry and engage with customer support to understand common problems, synthesize feedback, and then design experiences in Azure Portal, M365 Portal, BOTs, and other in-service experiences in conjunction with feature teams across Identity Engineering teams. This role provides an opportunity to deliver customer experiences at cloud scale, work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders, and feature teams leveraging telemetry, analytics, and your customer empathy.

An ideal candidate for this role has experience designing features that has demonstrated impact to a customer's experience. Along the way, you have learned how to negotiate and develop strong communication skills to establish priorities across stakeholders. You are comfortable with ambiguity, rapid changes, and tight deadlines. You can leverage many different types of input to prioritize decisions, have a natural ability to learn the nuances of new technologies, and are very comfortable with data, and a passion for user experience design.

Required Qualifications:

* A BS degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related technical disciplines
* 5 years' experience as a Program Manager or Product Management with at least 2 full release cycles

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience designing and developing on services at scale
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent technical and functional design skills
* Demonstrated passion for data driven decision making
* Passion for elegant and delighting user experiences
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to develop product plans and roadmaps, define capabilities, and drive project execution
* Track record of making solid business and engineering tradeoffs to deliver business value
